We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Onboarding Officers for our client in the financial advisory services sector.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers (100–150 calls daily).
- Explain financial advisory services and equity-based products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Convert interested prospects into customers through effective communication.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate sales.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.
- Preferred Languages: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Tulu.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.




- Basic mathematical knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a target-based sales environment.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Training Period: 10 Days
- Selection: Final onboarding after successful training certification.
