- Manage computer systems, hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain hospital software, HMS, and other IT applications.
- Troubleshoot system errors, internet, email, and hardware problems.
- Maintain data backups, system security, and antivirus updates.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with external vendors.
Eligibility: Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
