We are a 7-room boutique hotel located within a resort and are seeking a highly experienced skilled to manage sales, bookings, and overall property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee sales strategy and room revenue management
- Handle bookings and reservations across all channels (OTA, direct, corporate)
- Manage end-to-end daily operations of the property
- Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and resort teams
- Deliver a high standard of guest experience and service quality
- Manage pricing, occupancy, and availability
- Handle guest relations, escalations, and feedback
- Maintain operational reports and performance tracking

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in hotel/boutique hospitality operations
- Strong understanding of sales, OTA management, and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to independently manage a small luxury/boutique property
- Experience with boutique hotels or resort-based properties will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
