To assist in daily kitchen operations, prepare food as per established recipes and quality standards, maintain hygiene and food safety, and ensure timely food preparation and service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food as per the menu and standard recipes.
- Assist in ingredient preparation, cutting, chopping, and portioning.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and minimum wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order preparation and service.
- Follow instructions from the senior chef and kitchen management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
