Job Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves working on company-provided leads, identifying qualified prospects, understanding client requirements, and converting potential customers into business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Filter company-provided leads and identify qualified business prospects.
- Connect with potential clients over calls to understand their requirements.




- Explain company services and handle client queries and objections.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Close sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with an interest in inside sales and business development.
