Designation: Production Supervisor — Fabrication

Location: Haridwar / Roorkee, Uttarakhand

Experience: 1 – 2 Years in Shop Floor Fabrication

What he Will Do

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities — cutting, welding, grinding, and fitting
- Monitor job-wise fabrication progress against plan and update status daily
- Identify and report bottlenecks — material shortage, manpower gaps, machine breakdown, drawing issues
- Read and interpret engineering drawings; communicate requirements to fabricators and welders
- Assist Planning Manager in preparing daily / weekly fabrication schedules
- Allocate and monitor fabrication manpower — welders, fitters, and helpers
- Coordinate with stores for timely availability of raw material and bought-out items
- Coordinate with QC team for in-process inspection and dimensional checks
- Prepare and submit Daily Production Report (DPR) to Planning Manager
- Maintain fabrication tracker,



job status sheet, and manpower utilization in Excel
- Ensure shop floor discipline, safety compliance, and 5S standards

What We Are Looking For

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently
- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes — cutting, welding, fitting
- Proficiency in MS Excel — DPR, trackers, status reporting
- Basic production planning and scheduling knowledge
- Knowledge of welding symbols and material grades (MS, SS, structural)
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Robust reporting, communication, and team coordination skills
- Proactive, accountable, and deadline-driven attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
