Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and driven Associate Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of insurance agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring that agents are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. Your primary goal will be to develop and promote a high-performance culture within the agency, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to create a robust sales team.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress against targets.




- Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote agency products and increase market presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to maintain team motivation and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
