We are looking for an experienced Node.js Technical Lead with 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, application architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.

Candidates must be based in Mohali or Chandigarh and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and application performance.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application reliability and scalability.
- Manage technical tasks, review project progress, and support timely delivery.
- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.




- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, testing frameworks, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle technical decision-making and guide a development team.

Mandatory Requirements

- Immediate joiner only.
- Must be currently based in Mohali or Chandigarh.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Node.js development experience.
- Must have hands-on coding experience along with technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience in system design, application scaling, and production support.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
