Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Lab Technician to join our hospital laboratory team. The candidate should have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in patient blood sample collection (Phlebotomy) and routine laboratory procedures.

Experience

- Candidates must have practical knowledge of Blood Sample Collection / Phlebotomy
- Internship experience in blood sample collection OR relevant work experience is required
- Candidates with previous hospital/diagnostic laboratory experience will be preferred.
- Experience in Venipuncture / Phlebotomy is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques.
- Properly identify, label, handle, and transport patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per hospital SOPs.
- Process and prepare samples for laboratory investigations.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and test reports.
- Handle laboratory equipment and reagents properly.
- Follow infection-control and laboratory safety procedures.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory.




- Report abnormal or critical results to the concerned senior/doctor.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments when required.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

- Good Blood Sample Collection / Phlebotomy skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
