Job Summary

Yugrixa Manpower Consultancy is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for the Production Department at a manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Candidates with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering who are interested in developing their careers in manufacturing and production operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Support production planning, scheduling, and achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Identify process abnormalities and report issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain production reports, process documentation, and daily records.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce rejection.




- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers and production supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Candidates should be willing to work at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.
