The role
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Meta Ads Expert in Chennai to plan, run and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns that bring measurable results for our medical clients.
What you'll do
Research audiences and set up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Coordinate ad creatives and copy with our content and strategy teams
Run A/B tests and manage ad budgets
Track performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements
What we're looking for
☑︎ years of hands-on experience running Meta ads
Strong command of Ads Manager: targeting, funnels, remarketing,
lead generation
Comfort with CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion data, plus Meta reporting and Google Analytics Awareness of healthcare advertising rules and a commitment to ethical, honest messaging
Transparent communication, and ability to present results to the team
Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bonus if there is experience running ads for healthcare or professional services
