Job Role
We are looking for a Presales Consultant who can speak with clients, understand their property requirements, suggest suitable options, and coordinate with the respective teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details about budget, preferred location, property type, and other preferences.
- Match client requirements with available properties.
- Follow up with clients and keep them updated.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for further assistance.
- Share client requirements with the respective residential or commercial team.
- Maintain client details and follow-up records.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in presales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain records.
- Kannada language skills will be an added advantage.
Salary and Incentives
Fixed salary of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance. Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
