AI Agents Developer

About the Role

Kairox AI Tech is looking for an AI Agents Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents that can perform real business tasks—not just answer questions.

You will work on intelligent systems that can understand business requirements, reason through problems, use tools and APIs, execute actions, verify results, and escalate when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.
- Build agent workflows involving reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory, and decision-making.
- Develop RAG-based knowledge systems using company documents and structured data.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, CRMs, ERPs, websites, WhatsApp, email, and other business systems.
- Implement function calling and tool-based AI execution.
- Build multi-step and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop AI agents for sales, customer support, operations, admissions, knowledge management, and business processes.
- Implement permissions, guardrails, approval workflows, and escalation mechanisms.
- Test agents against real-world scenarios and failure cases.
- Monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI agent performance.
- Deploy and maintain AI systems in production.
- Work closely with the product and development team to convert business requirements into working AI solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function/tool calling.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks,



and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
- Ability to build and debug production-quality AI workflows.

Good to Have

- Experience with n8n or other automation platforms.
- FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS.
- Experience integrating AI with CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience with WhatsApp APIs or voice/telephony systems.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
- AI evaluation, observability, and production monitoring experience.
