- Track contract amendments and privacy or security addendums until they are reviewed, approved, and signed.
- Ensure the necessary documentation is completed before vendor onboarding or contract execution.

approvals, and compliance status.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement, Business Users, Legal, Information Security/GISG, and Data Privacy.
- Collect the information, questionnaires, business justifications, and approvals required to complete each case.
- Arrange discussions between vendors and relevant internal teams to resolve queries or pending issues.
- Maintain meeting notes, action items, and follow-up records.
- Escalate delays or unresolved matters to the relevant stakeholders.
4. Case Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and regularly update the central ISPRV (Information Security and Privacy Risk Validation) tracker.
- Track open cases, pending actions, ageing, and expected closure dates.
- Prioritize cases based on urgency, business requirements, and contractual dependencies.
- Prepare weekly status reports and monthly closure reports.
- Follow up on overdue cases and highlight potential delays to the relevant teams.
5. Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain an organized repository of contracts, vendor questionnaires, approvals, correspondence, and signed addendums.
- Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Maintain proper records of exceptions, deviations, and approvals.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required documents and reports.
