About the Role

Emo Matrix is looking for enthusiastic and driven Admissions Counselors to guide aspiring learners in choosing the right programs in psychology and counseling. This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals who are passionate about communication, career guidance, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners and understand their career goals
- Guide students about our psychology and counseling programs
- Handle inbound leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Explain course structure, benefits, and enrollment process
- Maintain regular communication and nurture leads
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Who Can Apply

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Interest in psychology,



education, or career guidance
- Confident, empathetic, and result-oriented
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
