Scale Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the US Healthcare RCM Industry.

Position: HR Recruiter (RCM Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for RCM and healthcare processes

Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Conduct initial screening and interview coordination

Make 30-40 recruitment calls per day

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Ensure timely closures and deliver a strong candidate experience

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment, preferably within the US Healthcare RCM industry

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace

Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
