We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive specializing in Recruitment and talent acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring and support the company's growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and qualified networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in HR, primarily in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and close positions within timelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
