KEVROS Interiors & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is a Kochi-based company specialising in interior design, turnkey interior solutions, and real estate services. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, create engaging visual content, and support our marketing initiatives.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually appealing content for digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing creatives, managing social media accounts, planning content, and maintaining consistency in our brand identity.

Freshers with a strong interest in graphic design and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

- Design creative posts, promotional banners, carousels, reels covers, and stories for social media.
- Develop marketing creatives for interior design projects, real estate services, and company promotions.
- Create brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials as required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Edit photographs and videos for social media and promotional campaigns.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and prepare content for posts, stories, and reels.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Research relevant trends, hashtags, audio, and content ideas.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and other social media performance metrics.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Marketing Support

- Coordinate with the management team to understand campaign objectives and marketing requirements.
- Assist in creating creatives for digital advertising campaigns.




- Stay updated on graphic design trends, social media developments, and digital marketing best practices.
- Organise and maintain creative assets, project photographs, and marketing files.

Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Good written communication skills and an understanding of engaging content.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Eligibility

- Candidates with a degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A portfolio of designs, social media posts, college projects, or personal creative work will be an advantage.
- Practical skills and creativity are valued more than formal qualifications alone.

Salary
