- Independently manage day-to-day Myntra marketplace operations.
- Handle product cataloguing, listings, pricing, inventory, and product visibility.
- Plan and execute Myntra sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Manage Myntra Ads, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking.
- Monitor GMV, orders, conversion rates, returns, cancellations, and sales performance.
- Resolve catalogue issues, account health concerns, and marketplace support tickets.
- Analyze sales reports and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and creative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Flipkart and Amazon marketplace operations as required.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of e-commerce marketplace experience.
- Advanced Myntra Seller Panel knowledge is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Flipkart and Amazon.
- Robust Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Myntra campaigns, promotions, and marketplace operations.
