About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2+ years of professional software development experience to join our technology team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the development, enhancement, integration, deployment, and maintenance of ERP software designed for the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of full-stack web development, databases, ERP systems, server-side deployment, and accounting workflows. Candidates with at least 2 years of ERP development experience will be strongly preferred.

Strong accounting knowledge is mandatory, as the developer will be involved in developing and integrating ERP modules related to finance, billing, taxation, receivables, payables, and business transactions.

The candidate should be capable of understanding real-world business processes and converting them into reliable, scalable, and interconnected ERP software workflows.

Key Responsibilities1. ERP Application Development

- Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP applications for the manufacturing industry.
- Work across the complete software development lifecycle — requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop scalable and responsive frontend and backend applications.
- Build ERP modules for:

2. API & Real-Time Application Development

- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Design APIs for communication between frontend, backend, ERP modules, and external systems.
- Develop real-time functionality using WebSockets.
- Implement real-time notifications, production updates, order tracking, status updates, and other live ERP functionalities.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services where required.
- Implement secure API authentication and authorization.

3. Frontend Development

- Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly ERP interfaces.
- Build frontend applications using TypeScript, React.js, and Svelte 5.
- Develop reusable UI components.
- Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS.
- Optimize frontend performance and usability.
- Develop interfaces suitable for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

4. Backend Development

- Develop scalable backend applications using Java, Node.js, and Python.
- Design and implement business logic for ERP modules.
- Develop secure and efficient APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions.
- Integrate backend services with MySQL databases.
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing backend systems.

5. Database Development & Management

- Design and maintain relational database structures.
- Develop and optimize MySQL databases.
- Write efficient SQL queries.
- Work with:

- Stored procedures where required
- Optimize database performance.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across interconnected ERP modules.
- Troubleshoot database-related performance and application issues.

Server-Side Deployment & Infrastructure

The candidate should have practical experience in deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining full-stack applications on production servers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deploy and maintain backend applications and REST APIs on Linux-based production servers.
- Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and required server environments.
- Deploy Node.js, Python, and Java-based backend applications.
- Configure and manage production databases, including MySQL.
- Configure domains, DNS, SSL certificates, HTTPS, and secure server access.
- Manage environment variables, production configurations, and application secrets.
- Configure reverse proxies such as Nginx or equivalent web-server technologies.
- Set up and manage process managers such as PM2 or equivalent tools.
- Configure WebSocket services and ensure stable real-time communication in production.
- Perform application builds, deployments, updates, and version management.
- Monitor server performance, application logs, errors, uptime, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to applications, databases, APIs, networks, and server configurations.
- Implement basic server security, access control, firewall configuration, and secure deployment practices.
- Manage application and database backups and recovery procedures.




- Understand production deployment workflows and staging environments.
- Manage development-to-production releases.
- Work with Git-based deployment and version control workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment workflows will be an added advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Progressive Web Application (PWA) Development

- Develop and maintain Progressive Web Applications.
- Implement responsive and mobile-friendly ERP interfaces.
- Configure service workers, caching, and offline capabilities where required.
- Optimize applications for reliable performance across different devices.
- Understand PWA deployment and production requirements.

ERP & Business Workflow Development

The candidate must understand that ERP modules are interconnected and that transactions in one module can affect multiple other modules.

The developer will be responsible for implementing integrated workflows such as:

Purchase Workflow

Purchase Order → Goods Receipt → Inventory → Vendor Payable → Payment → Accounting

Sales Workflow

Sales Order → Production → Inventory → Dispatch → Invoice → Customer Receivable → Payment → Accounting

Manufacturing Workflow

Customer Order → Production Planning → Raw Material Allocation → Production → Quality Check → Finished Goods → Inventory → Dispatch

Inventory Workflow
