Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Merchandiser to promote and manage our snacks products in retail stores and supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper product display and visibility in retail outlets.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, and product freshness.
- Maintain good relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
- Ensure proper shelf arrangement, pricing, and product placement.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Collect market feedback and report sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely replenishment of products and maintain merchandising reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in merchandising or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to retail outlets and supermarkets.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and reporting.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
