Arka Advisors is looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our growing Finance & Accounting team in Bengaluru (Jayanagar).

Role: Assistant Manager / Senior Accountant
Location: Bengaluru (Jayanagar)
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting and finance operations, who can independently manage accounting assignments and support multiple clients.
What we’re looking for:

- Strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and day-to-day accounting
- Experience in ERP/accounting system migration
- Preparation of Financial Statements (FS) for audit
- Ability to prepare and implement SOPs
- Knowledge of bank payment upload and processing
- Experience in MIS and management reporting
- Experience in training, mentoring or guiding accounting teams




- Prior experience with a CA firm preferred
- Solid experience in bank, ledger, customer/vendor and other financial reconciliations
