We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, client handling, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and support the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in client interaction, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are welcome.
