We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin & Dispatch Executive to manage billing, dispatch coordination, GST compliance, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in E-way Bill and E-Invoice generation along with dispatch documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Sales Bills for Dispatch
- Generating E-Way Bills and E-Invoices (Mandatory)
- Maintaining Packing List for every dispatch
- Verifying Supplier Bills with GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
- Maintaining GST returns records and documentation
- Preparing Job Work Returnable Challans
- Maintaining register for materials issued to Job Workers
- Following up with Job Workers for pending challans
- Arranging transportation for dispatch
- Vendor Management & coordination
- Handling computer and internet-related issues at site
- Coordinating during medical emergencies at site
- Managing other administrative and office-related tasks
Mandatory Skills:
- Practical knowledge of E-Way Bill & E-Invoice portal
- Knowledge of GST documentation
- Experience in billing and dispatch process
- Good follow-up & coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & basic computer operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
