We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic graduate with valuable communication skills to support schools participating in a large-scale digital assessment initiative. The role involves assisting school representatives and coordinators with registration, onboarding, login, platform navigation, and assessment-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist schools with platform usage and assessment procedures.
- Resolve queries and escalate technical issues when required.
- Track support requests and follow up for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain support records and daily reports.

Eligibility:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
