SALARY & INCENTIVES
- Freshers: Starting salary of ₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives of up to ₹8,000.
YOUR ROLE
- Make outbound calls and introduce our services.
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Arrange appointments, follow up with prospects and support sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules in our CRM.
- Work towards agreed calling and sales targets.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent English communication is mandatory, with clear pronunciation and confident, professional delivery.
- Strong listening, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude, consistency and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort working towards targets.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced telecalling, telesales or customer-service professionals are welcome.

15-DAY PAID PROBATION
All new hires will undergo a 15-day paid probation period from the date of joining. Continued employment will depend on performance and suitability for the role.
