We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented Transportation Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, vehicle entries, invoicing, customer coordination, and payment follow-ups in our transportation and logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily transportation accounts and financial records.
- Manage vehicle entries, trip details, vehicle expenses, diesel expenses, and transportation records.
- Prepare transportation invoices, bills, debit notes, and supporting documents.
- Maintain customer ledgers, outstanding reports, and payment records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding billing, invoice submission, and payment follow-ups.
- Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Handle accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, and bank transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation for trips, freight charges, challans, and other transportation expenses.
- Coordinate with the operations team, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet accounting is preferred.
- Practical working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime is essential.
- Experience in invoicing, ledger maintenance, and payment follow-ups.
- Knowledge of Excel, billing, GST invoices, and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks independently.

We are seeking a sincere, organized, and proactive candidate who can independently manage transportation accounts and support the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
