Pumo Technovation is looking for enthusiastic freshers who are interested in learning MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and building a career as an MEP Trainer. Candidates will undergo a training period and, upon successful completion, should be willing to work as a trainer and guide students.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn MEP concepts, design, installation, and industry standards during the training period.
- Develop knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Learn design software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Assist in preparing training materials, practical demonstrations, and student projects.
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions after completing the training period.
- Guide students in developing industry-oriented skills and completing projects.
Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in learning MEP systems and developing technical skills.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to undergo training and work as an MEP Trainer after the training period.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
