- Identify and approach potential business clients across the US and UK through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Pitch IT services, including web development, software solutions, and digital services, to international prospects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
- Generate qualified leads, identify decision-makers, and schedule sales meetings or demos.
- Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service information with potential clients.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call notes, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handovers and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with international clients and work according to their respective time zones.

Requirements

- Education: bachelors
- Experience:

- Excellent spoken English and professional telephone etiquette.
- Solid cold-calling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US/UK business hours from the Gurugram office.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Performance Expectations

- Meet assigned daily calling and outreach targets.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular performance updates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
