Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospective parents, and students who have submitted admission inquiries.
- Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls, address parent questions regarding admission criteria, documents, and school timings.
- Follow-Ups : Follow up regularly with interested parents and schedule on-campus counseling sessions or school tours.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Record call outcomes, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate logs in the school’s database/CRM.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
