Job Description – Inventory Controller (Jewellery Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Controller to manage jewellery stock, maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper reconciliation of physical stock with system records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory of jewellery items, including rings, chains, earrings, bracelets, and other jewellery products.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock with ERP or Excel records.
- Maintain SKU-wise, design-wise, barcode-wise, and category-wise inventory.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, picking, packing, and dispatch teams for stock availability.
- Track stock transfers, customer returns, damaged items,



and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and storage of jewellery items and boxes.
- Maintain accurate records of jewellery quantities and weights wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily stock reports and identify slow-moving or missing inventory.
- Ensure proper security and handling of high-value jewellery stock.

Required Skills

- Experience in jewellery inventory or stock management.
- Knowledge of jewellery designs, SKUs, barcodes, and product categorisation.
- Positive command of MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
