We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in freight brokerage and be comfortable working night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shippers and carriers to arrange freight transportation.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with carriers and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Handle shipment updates, resolve transportation-related issues, and maintain smooth communication.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up throughout the shipping process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight brokerage is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
