Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day operational activities, improve efficiency, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth fleet and ride operations. The ideal candidate should have robust problem-solving, team coordination, and operational management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of ride-hailing and fleet activities.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, charging schedules, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with drivers, field teams, onboarding teams, and customer support to resolve operational issues.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electric mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
- Familiarity with operational dashboards, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Experience coordinating with field teams and managing time-sensitive operational issues.
