The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable Kia vehicle models, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
The Sales Consultant at Capital Kia will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable Kia models, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves assisting customers with vehicle finance, insurance,



exchange options, documentation, and vehicle delivery while maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and a target-oriented attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates with a graduate or undergraduate qualification may apply; automobile sales experience and a valid driving licence are preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
