About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who will run our paid ads and bring in a steady flow of qualified leads. You will own the full funnel, from ad creative and targeting to lead quality and cost per lead, and you will be judged on results, not just clicks.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) to generate leads for construction and design services.
- Own the lead targets: number of leads, cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality.
- Run campaigns for different cities and regions across India, with location-wise targeting and budgets.
- Write ad copy and brief designers and video editors for creatives (reels, carousels, project walkthroughs).
- Build and improve landing pages and lead forms to raise conversion rates.
- Test audiences, creatives, offers and budgets regularly (A/B testing) and scale what works.
- Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking and UTM tags.
- Coordinate with the sales team so every lead is followed up quickly, and track how many leads convert into meetings and signed projects.




- Share a weekly and monthly performance report with the Managing Director covering spend, leads, CPL, conversions and next actions.
- Support social media and content: Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile and reviews.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream; a digital marketing course or certification is a plus.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for lead generation; real estate, construction, interior or home services experience is preferred.
- Proven record of generating leads at a controlled cost (you should be able to share past campaign results).
- Solid command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of the funnel: targeting, creative, landing page, lead form, follow-up.
- Basic Excel/Sheets skills for reporting, and basic knowledge of CRM or WhatsApp lead follow-up tools.
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Data-driven, creative and comfortable with accountability for numbers.

Good to Have

- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut).
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing, SEO or a website builder (Shopify/Wix/WordPress).

Working Days & Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
