Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of manufacturing accounts, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and factory-related accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BOM, RM/PM/FG inventory, Purchase Orders, GRN, Delivery Challans, Dispatch Documentation, Tally Prime, and physical stock verification.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory records for Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG), including receipts, consumption, dispatches, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation with Tally/ERP and Excel.
- Perform periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate stock consumption.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, including invoice verification and posting.
- Verify Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material receipts, Delivery Challans, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with Store, Purchase, Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for daily transactions.
- Manage petty cash, expense booking, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and entries in Tally Prime, Excel, and ERP.




- Prepare accounts and inventory MIS reports.
- Support monthly closing, reconciliation, and internal/external audit requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of all factory-related financial and inventory transactions.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts within a manufacturing unit.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience in inventory accounting, BOM, stock reconciliation, PO, GRN, and dispatch documentation.
- Basic understanding of GST, purchase accounting, and sales accounting.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day factory accounting activities.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates with manufacturing unit accounting experience are required.
- Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Local candidates from Palghar, Boisar, Tarapur, Kolgaon, and nearby locations preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Location: Palghar, Kolgaon

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
