Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Designing

- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and promotional creatives.
- Create attractive social media posts, stories, reels covers, and event creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Design promotional materials for admissions, events, workshops, and campaigns.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage the institute's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content descriptions.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement creative ideas.

3. Content Creation & Marketing

- Coordinate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Create short videos, reels, and event highlights.
- Cover institute events, student activities, workshops, and special occasions.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.




- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Creativity, positive communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or diploma holder in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in graphic designing and social media management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

A creative, responsible, and proactive individual who can independently handle graphic designing and day-to-day social media activities while contributing to the institute's branding and student outreach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
