Job Title : RETAIL OUTLET MANAGER

Location : VARKALA, TRIVANDRUM

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth functioning.

2.Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.

3.Monitor sales performance, billing accuracy, and cash handling.

4.Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize wastage and stock discrepancies.

5.Ensure product quality, freshness, proper display, and presentation of cakes and bakery products.

6.Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Retail Management or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, bakery, supermarket, or food and beverage operations.
- Previous experience in team handling and outlet management is preferred.
- Required Skills
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales, billing, inventory, and stock management.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
