Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in developing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday integrations across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM integrations.
- Work with Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
- Perform data transformation using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV.
- Develop Workday reports, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
- Manage secure file transfers using SFTP, PGP encryption, certificates, and keys.
- Support Workday HCM modules, including Payroll, Perks, Time & Absence, and Talent.
- Perform integration testing, defect resolution, monitoring, and production support.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills

- 4–10 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on Workday integration development.




- Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
- Understanding of Workday HCM business processes, HR data models, and security domains.
- Experience with SFTP, PGP, certificates, and secure data exchange.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Workday integration implementation, enhancement, and production support experience.
- GCP or Microsoft Azure developer certification is an advantage.
