Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily backend operations and workflow.
- Supervise data management, documentation, and process execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor project updates, task completion, and operational timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and track team performance.
- Manage the backend team and ensure process accuracy.
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

- Graduate in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in backend operations within a Software/IT company.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, ERP, and reporting tools.
- Solid team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
