Senior Aesthetic Doctor – Sales, Patient Counselling & Retention

Clair Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Doctor to lead patient counselling, treatment planning, patient retention, and ethical treatment conversion. The ideal candidate should have robust clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in skin, hair, and laser aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead patient consultations and recommend suitable skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Improve patient conversion through professional, ethical counselling.
- Drive patient retention, repeat visits, and treatment-plan completion.
- Supervise patient follow-ups and coordinate with the counselling and sales team.
- Handle complex patient queries and maintain high patient satisfaction.




- Monitor consultation conversion, revenue performance, and retention KPIs.
- Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Eligibility

- Relevant medical qualification and registration as required for the clinical duties.
- 3–5+ years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or a skin and laser clinic.
- Strong patient counselling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing treatment conversions and patient retention.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Location: Clair Skin Clinic – Gurugram

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
