Position Title: Jewellery Sales Executive
Education: Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Reports To: Senior Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and energetic Jewellery Sales Executive for our showroom. Your main role will be to welcome customers, understand what they want, and help them buy jewellery. Along with sales, you will also look after counter cleaning (Housekeeping), arranging jewellery (Display Management), and typing customer details into the computer (Data Entry).
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Handling (Sales): Greet customers with a smile when they enter the showroom. Understand their budget and choice, show them the right jewellery (Gold, Diamond, or Silver), and help them make a purchase.
- Display Management: Arrange jewellery beautifully in the display glass and trays so it looks attractive to customers. Count the items every morning and evening to ensure all stock is safe.
- Housekeeping (Counter Cleaning): Keep your sales counter, glass cabinets, and mirrors absolutely clean and fingerprint-free.
Wipe the jewellery with a soft cloth after customers try it on.
- Data Entry (Computer Work): Type customer names, phone numbers, and bill details into the store computer system accurately. Enter custom orders or gold scheme details without errors.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any stream.
- Communication: Good speaking skills to talk comfortably with customers and explain product details.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of using a computer and entering data in MS Excel or billing software.
- Grooming: Clean, neat, and professional appearance appropriate for a luxury showroom.
