An F&B; (Food and Beverage) Steward—also commonly referred to as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Dining Room Attendant—is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests. They handle table setup, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and maintain clean, organized dining environments across hotels, restaurants, cafes, or banquet halls.
Core Responsibilities

- Guest Service & Order Taking: Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, take accurate food and drink orders, and accommodate dietary preferences or allergies.
- Food & Beverage Delivery: Deliver dishes and beverages promptly from the kitchen/bar to guest tables, ensuring correct presentation, proper temperatures, and high service standards.
- Table Setup & Maintenance: Explicit dirty dishes, cutlery, and glassware during and after meals. Reset tables efficiently for incoming guests and maintain clean side stations.
- Billing & Payments: Process bills, accept cash or card payments, handle POS system transactions accurately, and manage table tabs.
- Side Duties & Sanitation: Replenish condiments, rolled silverware, and linens. Adhere strictly to local food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.





Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience Entry-level to 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant serving roles.

Certifications Basic Food Handler/Safety Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (where required).

- Order Accuracy: Zero to minimal errors in orders sent to the kitchen or bar.
- Upselling Success: Recommending appetizers, beverages, or desserts to increase average check size.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
