We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented Hospitality Staff member to join our team at Sundarban, Mandsaur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and related activities, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of guest areas and common spaces.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food service, maintenance, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support food and beverage service and other hospitality-related activities, as assigned.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Follow establishment policies, safety standards, and hospitality service protocols.
- Ensure guests receive attentive, effective,



and friendly service throughout their visit.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional conduct, and a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, when required.
