JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for energetic, proactive and target-oriented Field Marketing Executives to strengthen our brand presence and generate student enquiries across Malappuram.

The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face communication, comfortable with field activities and passionate about promoting educational programs. This role offers an opportunity to develop a career in marketing and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct field marketing activities to promote Catalyst Education's courses and training programs.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, residential areas and other potential locations.
- Generate qualified leads and student admission enquiries.
- Organize promotional campaigns, educational awareness activities and local marketing events.
- Build relationships with students, parents, colleges and community representatives.
- Explain course details and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Distribute promotional materials and support local brand awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and the sales team to convert leads into admissions.
- Support seminars, campus promotions and education-related events.
- Identify new marketing opportunities across Malappuram and nearby areas.
- Monitor local market activities and competitor presence.




- Maintain records of field visits, leads and marketing activities.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and marketing targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Plus Two or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good Malayalam communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confidence in meeting people and conducting promotional activities.
- Willingness to travel within Malappuram and nearby locations.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field travel.
