12+ Years in Medical Coding Operations with 5+ years in leadership roles managing large coding teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale Medical Coding Operations for US Healthcare clients.
- Drive productivity, quality, utilization, accuracy, and SLA adherence across coding teams.
- Manage multi-specialty coding operations covering Surgery, E&M;, ED, IVR, Denials, Observation, Pathology, Radiation Oncology, and Ancillaries.
- Own client governance, escalations, MBRs, QBRs, and stakeholder management.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and capability development.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage revenue targets,



forecasting, capacity planning, utilization, and operational profitability.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, Transition, Technology, and Business Development teams to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CMS, payer-specific guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CPC / CCS / CRC / CIC certified preferred.
- Experience managing 100+ coders and multiple leadership layers (TLs, Managers, Auditors).
- Solid exposure to client-facing operations and delivery management.
- Proven experience in transitions, ramp-ups, governance, quality management, and operational leadership.
