Job Description – PPC Engineer

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat
Department: Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Plan machine capacity, manpower, materials, and production resources.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure timely order completion.
- Prepare production schedules, work orders, and PPC reports.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and material availability.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Coordinate production planning activities for CNC/VMC machine manufacturing and assembly.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain production planning records.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in the CNC/VMC machinery manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and material planning.
- Understanding of machine manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
