We are building our next batch of developers from the ground up through direct, hands-on mentorship.

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, disciplined Freshers (No prior professional experience required) who have completed their degree and have a strong passion for web development and software engineering.

Regardless of whether you are starting from computer basics or already have exposure to personal web coding, all selected candidates will undergo our mandatory, intensive 3-month practical training program.

Career Path & Compensation Structure

This role follows a structured 3-stage career progression:

- Stage 1: Intensive Practical Training (First 3 Months)
- Stipend/Pay: Unpaid training period.
- Focus: Deep hands-on training covering HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, PHP, MySQL database design, modular coding standards, and AI-augmented development tools.
- Stage 2: Live Project Internship
- Stipend/Pay: Monthly performance stipend provided.
- Focus: Working directly on production modules, debugging, real-world feature implementation, and team code reviews.
- Stage 3: Full-Time Employment
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed full-time salary upon successful evaluation of training and internship performance).
- Future Growth: Regular performance appraisals, role advancements,



and salary revisions based on technical contributions.

Key Responsibilities

- Undergo rigorous daily coding assignments and build real-world web application components.
- Write clean, structured, and modular front-end and back-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Design and execute database tables, relationships, and queries using MySQL.
- Learn and leverage modern AI-assisted software development workflows to accelerate problem-solving and delivery.
- Test interfaces across browsers, troubleshoot bugs, and assist senior developers in deploying application updates.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Any completed Bachelor's Degree (BCA, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Tech/B.E, or any graduate with a genuine interest in building software).
- Experience: Fresher only (0 years experience).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with web browsing, and robust logical thinking.
- Preferred / Bonus Skills: Candidates with self-taught knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or MySQL are welcome (note: the initial 3-month foundational training remains mandatory for all candidates).
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, eagerness to learn, high discipline, and receptiveness to feedback.

Work Schedule & Job Location

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday; occasional extended hours when deploying project milestones).
- Work Type: Full-time, In-person (Office based in Thiruthangal, Sivakasi).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
