Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for someone starting their career, with strong Excel skills and an interest in inventory management and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and tracking inventory across stores and warehouse
- Maintain accurate stock records and support stock reconciliation
- Handle inward and outward stock movement, including basic GRN and dispatch tracking
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Coordinate with store teams for stock updates and replenishment
- Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies
- Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes
- Assist in improving day-to-day operational efficiency

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in retail operations / inventory (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)




- Basic understanding or interest in inventory management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail domain is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to excel
- Basic knowledge of retail or supply chain processes
- Experience in apparel or fashion retail industry (added advantage)
