Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold coffee, and other beverages according to BunStash standards.
- Operate coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage counter and work area.
- Monitor beverage ingredients, milk, syrups, and other stock levels.
- Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order preparation and timely service.
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred; freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
- Punctuality, teamwork, cleanliness, and a professional attitude.
